UPS may make multiple delivery attempts, or you can request to have your package held for pick-up.

General Shipping Policies
Once an order ships, delivery typically takes 2-3 days for the east coast and 5-7 days for the west coast.
Wine Club orders ship quarterly in January, April, July, and October. Automated emails will be sent shortly before the upcoming release notifying you of shipment and allowing you to make changes to your next delivery.
